Deep Ellum Community Arts Fair 2026 - Waitlist Only

The 4th Annual Deep Ellum Community Arts Fair is a community-driven 3-day event taking place the first weekend in April. Attendees have the chance to explore the vibrant and eclectic culture of Deep Ellum while supporting local and regional artists. This year's event prepares to welcome tens of thousands of additional attendees over Easter weekend. Just two months before Dallas hosts the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the city will be teeming with extra visitors and short-term residents. We invite local (DFW) and regional (TX and southwest) artists to apply. Artists from further away will be considerd on a case-by-case-basis upon demonstrating a meaningful connection to Deep Ellum. By the Deep Ellum commUNITY for the Deep Ellum commUNITY: The most exciting part of this event is that it is all grassroots—wanted and created by the Deep Ellum Community. We honor the Deep Ellum Arts Festival that took place for nearly 30 years, while holding space for artists within our community. Working with the neighborhood, this event highlights the small businesses and local talent who make Deep Ellum the Soul of Dallas. If you are a touring artist from far away, this is probably not the festival for you. This locally-produced event celebrates the artists who help define Deep Ellum as a creative and cultural hub, while welcoming Texas-based artists to apply. We reserve space for a limited number of southwest regional artists, acknowledging that Shreveport is closer to home than El Paso.
