Account & Billing
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the login screen by clicking the "Forgot Password" link. You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account and data will be scheduled for deletion in accordance with our data sovereignty policy.
Managing Artwork
How do I track a new artwork?
Navigate to Studio > Artworks and click the "New Artwork" button. You can upload an image and enter the core details of the work.
What are Variations?
Variations allow you to track different editions or physical formats of the same underlying image or concept (e.g., "Framed Print" vs. "Unframed Print" or "Edition 1/5"). All variations share the same main artwork record but track their own inventory, dimensions, and price.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your complete artwork and inventory database at any time from the Settings menu. The data is provided in a structured CSV format.
Exhibitions & Locations
What is a Location?
A Location represents a physical space where artwork is stored or displayed in real-time—such as your Studio, specific Storage units, or a Gallery's inventory. Moving artwork to a Location updates its current status immediately.
What is a Show?
A Show is a distinct exhibition event managed through the Shows tab. Unlike standard Locations, Shows allow for scheduled inventory movements, enabling you to plan an exhibition in advance without changing the immediate physical location of your work.
How do I generate labels?
Navigate to any Location (like a Show), select the items you wish to create labels for, and click the "Print / Labels" button. You can choose from various layout formats and customize the information displayed.
