The Festival continues to work to attempt to alleviate the issue. Set-up/Tear-down Saturday morning set-up begins at 4:30AM and is staggered every 40 minutes. Drive to, or near, space. Oversized vehicles and vehicles with trailers must unload and depart the site prior to 4:30AM or unload/load from a side street. Sunday night selling must end promptly at 5:00PM.
