Mount Dora Arts Festival 52nd Annual 2027

RULES: All work must be original and created by the applying artist. Artists must be present for the duration of the show. If a booth is found to contain work not created by the artist of record, the exhibitor will be required to leave without refund. Giclées and reproductions must be clearly labeled “REPRODUCTION” on the front of each piece (no substitute wording permitted). Reproductions may not exceed 30% of the display and must be signed, limited editions of no more than 250. Reproduction bins must be placed at the back of the booth. (Does not apply to photography.) Embellished prints are not considered original work. Buy-sell work, kit work, manufactured items, pre-molded forms, or commercial displays are prohibited. MDCA has sole authority to determine eligibility. Unacceptable work must be removed immediately. Only one exhibitor per booth. Booth sharing is not permitted except for true artistic collaborations (maximum two artists, both listed on the application, both present, and only jointly created work displayed). Submitted images and booth shots must accurately represent the work to be exhibited. Significant deviation may result in removal from the show without refund and ineligibility for future festivals. All tents must be white and properly weighted to withstand 40 mph winds. No staking. All materials must remain within assigned booth space. Booth setup must be complete by 9:00 A.M. both days. Artists must remain open until 4:00 P.M. Sunday. Early breakdown may result in denial of future participation. Some booth spaces are on inclines and may not be level. Approximately 285 juried artists and 20 emerging/non-juried artists will participate. Refund deadline is December 27. Booth fees will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
